What is RealDeal?
RealDeal helps people discover nearby, time-sensitive offers from local businesses. Deals can appear in reels, map, and list views so customers can see what is available around them right now.
Do I need an account to browse deals?
You can browse as a guest. You need to sign in when you want to buy a deal, view purchases, redeem QR codes, manage your profile, or use business tools.
Why does RealDeal use location?
Location helps RealDeal show nearby deals, distance, and map views. If location access is turned off, discovery may be limited or less accurate.

What to expect after buying a live deal.
How do I redeem a deal?
After buying a deal, open the purchase details in the app and show the QR code or redemption details to the business. The business confirms redemption in RealDeal.
What happens when a deal expires?
Live deals are time-sensitive. Follow the redemption window, pickup instructions, and any deal-specific conditions shown in the app before purchasing.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds depend on the business policy, the deal status, and applicable law. Contact the business first for fulfillment issues, then contact RealDeal support if you still need help.

How do businesses create deals?
Business users can create live deals with a title, price, quantity, expiry time, MVA category where applicable, optional add-ons, and photo or reel content.
Who can use business tools?
Business tools are available to business owners and invited team members. Owners control business details, team access, Stripe Connect setup, and payout requests.
How do payouts work?
Redeemed sales move into the payout flow after Stripe Connect is set up. Payout statements show sales, MVA where applicable, fees, and net payout amounts.

How do I contact RealDeal?
Email info@realdeal.bz with your phone number, the business name if relevant, and a short description of what happened.
How is my data handled?
RealDeal uses account, location, purchase, and app usage data to provide and improve the service. The full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are available on this site and in the app.
